Centennial Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow developer to work on multiple strategic applications. The ServiceNow Developer is a hands-on role that includes the daily support, operations, and solutions of the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, ITAM, ITBM, ITOM, ITSM, and CSM (customer support Management). He/she provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments. He/she establishes goals and plans to meet project objectives. He/she must have domain and expert technical knowledge. Designs and develops solutions to complex application problems, system issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. He/she functions as a technical expert across key tasks.
The successful candidate will be proficient in communication with various devices to collect configuration information.
The selected candidate must be able to work both independently and as a productive member of a project team.
Responsibilities:
The position requires the candidate to work closely with key client stakeholders and senior technology leaders.
- Develop Applications using the ServiceNow platform.
- Support application development tasks in at least one of the following areas – ITAM, ITOM, CSM, ITBM and SecOps.
- Develop technical specifications as needed and support the implementation of the ServiceNow integration.
- Provide expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow.
- Develop the technical solutions and support the integration tests.
- Understand the business needs and incorporate them into the design.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 6+ years’ experience with ServiceNow modules in at least one of the following modules – ITAM or ITBM, ITOM, or CSM. Having ITSM experience alone is not enough.
- Must have a Current ServiceNow Developer certification – verifiable on the Partners Portal
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic to support a rapidly expanding customer base.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
- Must be able to create and manage scripts and workflows.
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States, and Green card
