Performance Management Analyst

Centennial Technologies is seeking a Performance Management Analyst to work on an ongoing project with a federal agency. Performance Management Analyst is responsible for using strong analytical skills to present data in report form to various levels of management. The position requires maintenance of the central database to ensure it is up to date. Continuous improvement is a must on all central systems.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Applying analytic methodologies to business operations data to provide business insight and enterprise performance analysis
  • Will consolidate several large sets of data into databases
  • Responsible for performing statistical analysis and presenting findings to various levels of management
  • Improve the central database through the removal of obsolete items and efficiency testing
  • On-going document current processes and procedures


Requirements Job Qualifications

  • Three years direct and relevant experience in their given area of expertise
  • Strong working knowledge of large, complex environments
  • Direct experience implementing both military and industry business solutions and services
  • Expert ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of executives, staff and clients
  • Ability to work independently or with limited supervision
  • Possess critical thinking, problem solving, and initiative/proactive skills
  • Experience in understanding and applying data analytics
  • Three or more years of professional experience in a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Information Systems. Math, Statistics, or related field a plus
  • Experience analyzing and profiling data, data modeling and performing report testing
  • Excellent oral and written communication, as well as strong technical writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a DOD secret clearance
